Development Portfolio

The following projects showcase AMR Studio's work across private residences, from complete property transformations and acquisitions to villa renovations, individual rooms, interior décor, and art curation.

Each project is approached with a focus on atmosphere, individuality, and long-term value. Beyond creating distinctive interiors, we help enhance a property's desirability, market appeal, and potential for capital appreciation through curated design and strategic investment in the built environment.

Wapping Penthouse, London

AMR Studio was appointed to identify and transform a two-bedroom East London property as both an investment and rental asset.

We sourced a lateral apartment overlooking the River Thames in Wapping, acquired for £980,000. Following a £60,000 redevelopment and interior design programme, the property was repositioned as a highly desirable residence.

Upon completion, the apartment was revalued by Knight Frank at approximately £1.5 million, delivering substantial capital appreciation while significantly enhancing its rental appeal.

This project demonstrates AMR Studio's ability to identify overlooked opportunities and unlock value through acquisition strategy, design, and intelligent investment.

Pied-à-Terre, St James's SW1, London

AMR Studio was appointed to source and create a private Central London residence designed for entertaining and weekend living.

We identified and acquired a former office building in St James's for £2.2 million, recognising its potential for transformation into a highly individual pied-à-terre. Following a £200,000 redevelopment and interior design programme, the property was reimagined as a sophisticated residence with the character and atmosphere of a private members' club.

Upon completion, the property was valued by Knight Frank at between £2.9 million and £3.2 million, delivering significant capital appreciation while creating a unique London residence tailored to our client's lifestyle.

This project demonstrates AMR Studio's ability to unlock value through strategic acquisition, creative vision, and intelligent design.

Master Suite, Muscat

This project demonstrates how thoughtful design can completely transform a single room.

AMR Studio was commissioned to create a master suite that felt personal, comfortable, and removed from the outside world. Through bespoke furnishings, lighting, interior décor, and carefully curated details, the room was transformed into a private retreat with a distinct atmosphere and identity.

The project illustrates that impactful design is not defined by scale. Whether redesigning an entire residence or a single room, AMR Studio creates spaces that enhance everyday living and leave a lasting impression.

Villa Umm Suqeim, Dubai

Private Residence, Muscat

AMR Studio was appointed to refresh and elevate an existing home while building upon the client's growing art collection.

Rather than undertaking a full renovation, the project focused on interior décor, furniture sourcing, styling, lighting, and the curation of art and collectable pieces. Working with the existing architecture, we introduced a more cohesive narrative, layering art, antiques, furniture, and objects to create greater depth, character, and atmosphere.

The result was a home that felt renewed, more refined, and more reflective of the client's lifestyle, demonstrating how thoughtful curation can transform a space without major structural intervention.
