Each tier describes the scope of our service. Final budgets reflect the room’s size, condition and specification. Kitchens, bathrooms and substantial open-plan spaces are individually assessed.

Consultancy

Art Advisory & Commissions

We source and acquire artworks, curate collections and create or commission original pieces for private spaces.
Art acquisition budgets from OMR 10,000 (approx. £19,500), plus a 20% advisory and sourcing fee from OMR 2,000 (approx. £3,900). Combined starting budget: OMR 12,000 (approx. £23,400).
Original artwork commissions are individually quoted. Framing, transport, insurance and specialist installation are separately identified. Art curation is included within the studio fee for Bespoke interior commissions.

Scope, costs and responsibilities agreed before we begin.
The three residential totals combine the stated interiors budget and our 20% studio fee. Your proposal itemises purchases, agreed works, delivery and installation. For Bespoke, the budget also funds artworks and the studio fee includes art curation.
For residential commissions, the fee is 20% of the approved project costs within our agreed scope, subject to the tier’s minimum studio fee. Our fee, taxes and unspent contingency are excluded from the calculation. Any change to scope, budget or fees requires written agreement.
AMR Studio handles sourcing and purchasing coordination, with final styling included in the agreed scope. Delivery, installation and contractor costs are identified in your proposal. Extensive site supervision, specialist services and approvals are separately quoted where required.
We assess each space and prepare one coordinated proposal. It confirms deliverables, revisions, site visits, payment stages, the design programme and anticipated delivery. A design programme does not include an automatic guarantee of installation within the same period.
All amounts are starting guides in Omani rials, excluding applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes and the total payable are confirmed in your proposal before appointment. GBP equivalents are approximate, rounded to the nearest pound and based on OMR 1 ≈ £1.95, checked on 29 October 2026. Exchange rates vary; proposals and invoices are issued in OMR.
